Mr. Kadam, Senior Advocate for the applicant, submits that both the applicant and the informant are from the legal profession. He states that, in the FIR, the entire chamber of the applicant has been implicated, including the female employees working in the applicant's chamber. He further submits that his client is willing to hand over his mobile phone along with its password and his laptop along with its password to the investigating officer by tomorrow. 2.

The applicant is directed to hand over his mobile phone along with its password, as well as his laptop along with its password, to the Amol D. Nawale
