The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant desires to do a charity by contributing to the noble cause by depositing certain money with the Civil Hospital, Malegaon. 2.

Liberty as sought, is granted. The applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- with the Civil Hospital, Malegaon. 3.

Stand over to 7 April 2025 to be listed along with anticipatory bail application no.656 of 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps should be taken against the Amol D. Nawale
