The learned A.P.P. submits that the anticipatory bail application filed before the Sessions Court is on 27th March, 2025 for further consideration.

Hence, I am of the view that suffice will be the purpose if this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with specific directions to the Sessions Court.

This anticipatory bail application is disposed of with direction to
