The learned counsel for the applicant tenders a chart showing details of the First Information Reports pertaining to the Rajasthani Cooperative Credit Society. He submits that in total the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in six crimes, out of which in four crimes bail has been granted to him. One bail application is pending before the Sessions Court and the last one is pending before this Court i.e. the present application. He submits that his father arraigned as an accused in the present crime. The present applicant is nothing to do with the offence committed by the father. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the informant as party

Liberty as prayed for granted. The applicant is permitted to add the informant as party respondent no.2 in the present proceeding. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. The learned APP to serve the amended copy of the anticipatory bail application to the informant through IO. 3.
Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 8/4/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the newly added respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. 4.
