Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 24.11.2025. 3.

Mr. C.A. Lokhande, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.626/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The applicant is husband of the deceased. The deceased has committed suicide by hanging herself. The marriage was performed on 15.4.2009 and she has committed the suicide on 16.9.2025. The deceased and applicant were not having cordial relations. She had attempted suicide for twice before this incident. She blamed her husband and her mother-in-law. The mother-in-law is already protected by the Sessions Court.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is ready to co-operate with the police machinery. 7.

The learned A.P.P. opposed the application stating that since the date of incident the applicant is absconding, he has locked the doors

aba828.2025.odt of the house. The deceased was in habit of writing diary and said diary is required for investigation.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant will immediately open the door and hand over the diary, if it is there.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant and as the deceased was having suicidal tendency, the applicant is protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant - Nitin Dinkar Patil, in connection with Crime No.626/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one surety in the like amount. ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 10.

This interim protection shall remain in force till next date of hearing.
