Mr. Hulyalkar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that a demand draft of Rs. 2 lakhs in the name of Registry of High Court has been prepared by the applicant and same should be allowed to deposit with the Registry of this Court.

By an order dated 2 April 2025, the Advocate for the applicant Ms. Sana Khan had submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant in order to demonstrate her bonafides will deposit Rs.4,57,800/- in this Court within a period of two weeks. The two weeks period for depositing the amount of Rs.4,57,800/- was over on 16 April 2025. Today on 21 April 2025, only a demand draft of Rs.2 lakhs is desired to be deposited in this Court. Harish
