Earlier the interim protection was not granted. As the learned APP seeks time to file reply, the learned counsel for the applicant insisted to grant interim protection to the applicant in connection with Crime No.288 of 2025 registered at P. S. Patur, district Akola, for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1),118(2), 118(1),352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 as the other co accused is already granted bail.

There are counter First Information Reports and in counter FIR, though the role is similar, the complainant is granted anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the

2 / 3 6-ba 829-25 applicant has requested to grant bail as the medical report shows that there was simple injury and the knife was used by this applicant. The other co-accused has also used the knife and the injury was caused, however he is protected by granting anticipatory bail. Considering the role played by this applicant, he needs to be protected by granting adinterim protection. Hence, following order:

i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant-Sayyad Salim Sayyad Rahim @ Sayyad Salim Ghodewale is granted interim protection till 1st of December 2025 in connection with Crime No.288 of 2025 registered at P.S. Patur, district Akola, for the offence punishable under Sections under Sections 109(1),118(2), 118(1),352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. He be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

3 / 3 6-ba 829-25 iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v] The applicant shall co-operate the investigating officer.

The protection shall remain in force till 01/12/2025.
