The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting ad-interim protection. 2.

The learned APP has opposed the application stating that the applicant is not co-operating with the police machinery. He has not surrendered the knife, which is used in the said crime. The injury certificate shows that knife and rod are used and there is fracture injury. Though the knife is used, he is not ready to surrender it. On the submission made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has received the information Kavita

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, direction is given to the police, to accept the knife and verify as to whether the same knife is used in the said crime. 3.
