Mr. Arote, learned counsel for the applicants in all these anticipatory bail applications submits that as assured in the Sessions Court, the applicant Pandurang Pundalik Gharat is ready to pay/deposit a sum of Rs.1,75,00,000/- to the first informant or in this Court without Harish
903-904-905-ABA-832-2025.doc admitting his guilt. He submits that to show his bonafides, the applicant Pandurang Gharat will deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- in this Court by 29 March 2025. Sum of Rs. 58,39,371/- of the applicant lying with GP Parsik Sahakari Bank Ltd. can also be paid to the first informant or else being deposited in this Court. As far as the balance amount of Rs. 97,00,000/- are concerned, a schedule of payment would be made and furnish to this Court on the next date of hearing in form of an affidavit cum undertaking which would be signed and executed by all four applicants.

The applicant Pandurang Gharat is permitted to deposit sum of Rs.20,00,000/- in this Court by 29 March 2025. 3.
The applicants are directed to file an affidavit cum undertaking on 1 April 2025 and copy of the same should be served to the Advocate for the first informant and the learned APP. 4.
Stand over to 1 April 2025 under the caption "for direction."

Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicants.
