Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 03.12.2025.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant/State.

The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.302/2025 registered at Police Station Sakkardara, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 296 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is alleged that the injured/complainant, who is coming on his vehicle, at that time, the applicant came there and dashed his vehicle and abused him. Thereafter, they assaulted him with fist and blows. As per the First Information Report, one of them assaulted with fighter like knife on his ankle.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that there is delay of eight days in lodging the First Information Report. The C.C.T.V. footage would show that while running, complainant fell down and had caused injury. The delay caused is stated as he was in I.C.U., however, considering his injury, there was no need to

2 4.aba.834.25 admit him in I.C. U. Hence, prayed to protect the applicant by granting ad interim protection.

Considering the circumstances, the case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim anticipatory bail. Accordingly, I pass following order: i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.302/2025 registered at Police Station Sakkardara, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 296 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

v] The applicant shall co-operate the investigation officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
