DATE : 7th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Crime No. 454/2024 dated 21st September, 2024 registered with

2/3 Manmad Police Station, District Nashik Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 171, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 830 of 2025 submits that she intends to file an affidavit on behalf of the first informant to be joined as a party respondent no.2. The learned counsel submits that the applicants in both the anticipatory bail applications are accused nos. 4, 6 and accused no.7 respectively. She submits that the accused nos. 3 to 8 are the bonafide purchasers for value without notice. A sum of Rs.1,10,00,000/- was paid as a consideration in the year 2014 and accordingly a document of sale deed was entered into thereby the applicants got title of the subject premises. 3.

She further submits that a civil suit in the year 2016 was filed by some of the erstwhile owners of the subject premises. However, no relief has been granted in the said suit. She submits that there are no antecedents as far as the present applicants are concerned and they are ready to co-operate with the investigation agency. 4.

Since the learned counsel for the first informant is seeking a short accommodation in order to prefer an application. Let these

3/3 matters to come up on board on 28th April 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

In the meantime, the applicants are directed to attend the meet the concerned Investigating Officer on 15th April, 2025 and 16th April, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the applicants.
