The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant/State.

The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.576/2025 registered at Police Station, Chandur Bazar, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(1), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 5.

It is alleged that the complainant, who is housewife, has paid an amount of Rs.19,80,000/- to co-accused Nusrat Bano as it was represented to her that she should invest money in the edible oil business and she will get the commission for investing the money in the said business. It is further alleged that out of the amount paid by her of Rs.19,80,000/- she was paid Rs.9,46,000/- towards commission and amount of Rs.10,36,000/- is still balance to be recovered. Furthermore, her relatives have

2 7.aba.837.25 also paid the money to the accused persons. Total amount paid of Rs.94,38,200/- was paid to the accused. Out of the same they received amount of Rs.45,18,000/- from the accused. Only to recover the remaining amount she has made the allegation and crime is registered.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that one of the family members is contesting the election. Because of political pressure this complaint has been lodged. The complainant is housewife, as to how she has invested that much amount. According to the applicant, she has made allegation on behalf of the others, who are coming from her family. Hence, prayed to protect the applicant by granting ad interim protection. 7.

Considering the allegations made against the applicant, it seems that there is business transaction between the applicant and the complainant, the case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim anticipatory bail. Accordingly, I pass the following order: i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of applicant - Mohd. Sajid s/o. Shaikh Imam in Criminal Application(ABA) No.837/2025 and applicant - Mohd. Javed s/o. Shaikh Imam in Criminal Application (ABA) No.838/2025 in connection with Crime No.576/2025 registered at Police Station, Chandur Bazar, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(1), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of

3 7.aba.837.25 Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicants shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicants shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

v] The applicants shall co-operate the investigation officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
