The learned APP submits that this matter pertains to Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1999. The order passed by the Sessions Court was in second pre-arrest bail application. In all, there are 24 accused persons named in the FIR. Out of which, 13 accused persons have already been arrested. The present applicant is accused no. 21, who was a Director in Shivshankar Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha Ltd., Karad.
