Mr. Ghodke, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present anticipatory bail application was filed yesterday and has suddenly come up today on board. Therefore, the Advocate on record is not able to remain present to make his submissions. He seeks short accommodation.

The learned APP submits that a copy of the present anticipatory bail application has not been served on the office of the PP. He further submits that the present crime is filed under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1999 and under Indian Penal Code, 1860. In the present crime, total amount involved as of today, is approximately Rs.1245 crores. He submits that an FIR was lodged in the Harish

915-ABA-844-2025.doc year 2016, thereafter, the names of the present applicants have been added as accused. Though the notices were given to the accused persons to remain present before the concerned investigating officer, they have failed to co-operate and attend the office of the investigating officer. The present applicants are absconding from 2016 till now. He also submits that as far as the main accused is concerned, there are around 32 FIRs lodged against him and his company. The police machinery have attached the various properties of the accused person all over Maharashtra and even outside the Maharashtra. 3.

The applicants are directed to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application on the office of the PP in the course of the day.
