By this Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ("CrPC"), the Applicants are seeking prearrest bail in connection with CR No. I-34 of 2016, registered with the Sarkarwada Police Station, District - Nashik, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999. 2.
Although, FIR was registered on 4th February 2016, the Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed on 24th March 2025. 3.
Mr. Ajinkya Taskar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, states that summons to produce document under Section 91 of CrPC has been
26-ABA-844-2025.doc received on the WhatsApp by the Applicant No.1 on 7th January 2025 and therefore the Applicants filed Criminal Bail Application No.228 of 2025 in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik and the said Application was rejected. He states that the Applicants are not absconding. All the Applicants are personally present in the Court. He states that the Applicants are ready to cooperate with the investigation. 4.
Accordingly, the Applicants will attend the Sarkarwada Police Station, District - Nashik on 29th September 2025, 30th September 2025 and 1st October 2025 between 11:00 am to 02:00 pm. 5.
Stand over to 3rd October 2025. To be shown fairly 'high on board'.
