The learned APP submits that in the present anticipatory bail application the crime No. 1099/2024 is registered with Yavat Police Station Pune for the offences punishable under Section 74, 75, 119(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2),351(3) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The charge-sheet has been filed against all the accused persons. He submits that the victim/first informant needs to be heard in the present proceedings, therefore, she should be added as party respondent. 2.
Mr. Bhoite, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the victim/first informant as party respondent no. 2 3.
Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out Harish

APP to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application upon the newly added respondent no.2 through the investigating officer.

The applicant is directed to attend and meet the investigating officer on 7 April 2025 and 8 April 2025 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Stand over to 15 April 2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation."

No coercive steps be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing.
