Mr. Ashish Kadukar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant No.1/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.698/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 342(1), 341(1), 340(2), 337, 336(3), 336(2), 319(2), 318(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is alleged that the applicant along with her husband has taken money by giving assurance of job in M.P.S.C. Specific allegations are made that the applicant along with her husband called the first informant to collect joining report and the allegations of taking amount and transferring amount are against the other co-accused. As one of the sentence which includes the name of the applicant that she along with her husband called the first informant was there, the crime is registered. Civil dispute is pending between the applicant and the complainant.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, the case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim protection.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Sau. Rajni Sunil Jadhav, registered with Police Station Khadan Akola, Tq. and Distt. Akola, in connection Crime No.698/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 342(1), 341(1), 340(2), 337, 336(3), 336(2), 319(2), 318(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

This interim protection shall remain in force till the next date of hearing.
