This is an Application for anticipatory bail. 3.

The Applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.213 of 2025 registered with Kapurbavadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376(1) and 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

It is the case of the prosecution that in January 2023 the Applicant and the victim got acquainted with each other. According to the victim, the Applicant had subjected her to repeated sexual intercourse under false promise of marriage and even made her to abort her pregnancy. 5.

I have heard Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant, Learned APP for the Respondent-State and perused the FIR. Mugdha

It appears that the Applicant and the victim were in love relationship. The victim is present in the Court. She is identified by the investigating officer, who is also present in Court. The victim has tendered an Affidavit that she has no objection, if the present Applicant is granted anticipatory bail. The Affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the Applicant on anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

i.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. ii.

In the event of the arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.213 of 2025 registered with Kapurbavadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376(1) and 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
