The learned APP submits that in the present anticipatory bail application the crime No. 59/2025 is registered with Wakad Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 318(4), 316(2), 336(2), 336(3), 336(4), 338, 340(2), 351(3) read with section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023. He submits that the victim/first informant needs to be heard in the present proceedings, therefore, she should be added as party respondent.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the applicants seeks liberty to add the victim/first informant as party respondent no. 2 3.

Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the Harish

913-ABA-850-2025.doc anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Issue notice to newly added respondent no.2 returnable on 15 April 2025. Apart from Court notice, advocate for the applicants are permitted to serve newly added respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. 5.

APP to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application upon the newly added respondent no.2 through the investigating officer.

Stand over to 15 April 2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation."

Since, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant that before the Sessions Court on 10 February 2025, the present applicants were protected by granting him pre-arrest bail. However, due to rejection of the anticipatory bail application on 18 March 2025, the said order was not continued. Till the next date of hearing no coercive steps be taken against the applicants.
