The learned counsel Mr. Mulani appearing for the applicant submit that without admitting the guilt, the applicant is ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/- to the informant within a reasonable period of time. He submits that to show the bonafide a sum of Indian Rs.60,00,000/- will be deposited in the account of the informant by 1/4/2025 and a timeline of the balance Indian Rs.90,00,000/- would be submitted on the next date of the hearing. A copy of which would be forwarded to the learned counsel for the informant well in advance.
