The learned APP submits that the IO is present in the Court. Though the incident occurred on 15/12/2024, they are unable to secure the medical certificate. The IO has written three letters to the Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Government Hospital, Solapur. However, the hospital till date not submitted the medical certificate. 2.

The Dean of the Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Government Hospital, Solapur, is directed to look into the issuance of the medical certificate of the victim i.e. Vikky Ravindra Mhetre for the incident which occurred on 15/12/2024.
