The learned APP submits that the victim lady has been served with the notice in the present proceeding. However, nobody is appearing on her behalf. She submits that the Sections involved in the present offence also include section 376(2)(n) of the IPC. Therefore, an Advocate from the High Court Legal Aid to be appointed to represent the victim lady-respondent no.2.
