This matter was on the board yesterday and was kept today morning at 10.00 a.m. in order to make an efforts to finish the matter. When today, the matter was called out at 10.00 a.m., Mr. Upadhyay learned counsel for the applicant was not present and his junior Mr. Jha was present. He requested that the matter should be kept back for 10 to 15 minutes. The matter was kept back and the matter was thereafter called around 11.00 a.m., when again Mr. Upadhyay was not present. The matter was kept back and was called out at 11.30 a.m., when Mr. Upadhyay was present.

901-ABA-880-2025.doc very complicated and will take long hours. He submits that the courts are sitting beyond the normal timings from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and it become very difficult for lawyer thereafter to function. 3.
