The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the complainant as party respondent no.2.

Liberty as prayed for, granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. 3.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 21/4/2025. The learned APP to serve the amended copy of the anticipatory bail application to the informant through IO. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that without

Diksha Rane 935 ABA 887-2025.doc admitting the guilt, the applicant desires to deposit a sum of Rs.21 lakhs in this Court. As according to him, the amount mentioned in the crime is Rs.30 lakhs out of which a sum of Rs.6.50 lakhs has already been paid in bank account and Rs.2.50 lakhs in cash to the deceased in his account. He submits that out of Rs.21 lakhs a sum of Rs.11 lakhs will be deposited by 15/4/2025 and balance amount will be deposited on or before 30/4/2025.

Stand over to 21/4/2025, matter to come up under the caption "for compliance".

In the meanwhile, till next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant. 7.

It is made clear that in case, the amount as promised by the applicant is not deposited, this anticipatory bail application will be rejected.
