The learned counsel Mr. Upadhyay appearing for the applicant, on instructions of the sister of the applicant, submits that without admitting the guilt, the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.2,17,000/- in this Court within a period of one week from today. He, on instructions of the sister of the applicant, submits that if the informant desires to withdraw that sum, the applicant has no objection for the same.

Since the statement has been made on behalf of the applicant, the applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.2,17,000/- in this

Since the informant is present in this Court and is not represented by any lawyer, the learned counsel, Mr. Rajendra Hardas, who was appointed to represent the informant in the co-accused's anticipatory bail application, is also appointed as the informant's lawyer to appear on her behalf in the present proceeding. The learned APP to serve the copy of this anticipatory bail application to the learned counsel Mr.Rajendra Hardas.

In the meanwhile, since the applicant has shown his desire to deposit the amount, no coercive action be taken against the applicant till next date of the hearing.
