Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that, when the anticipatory bail was decided by the Sessions Court, the chargesheet was not produced before the Sessions Court. He thus submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh.

He further requested that the interim order passed by this Court on 01/12/2025 be continued for a period of one month.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court. The interim order dated 01/12/2025 will continue to operate till 27/04/2026.

The criminal application is disposed of.
