The learned APP further submits that there are 18 accused persons in total, out of which two have been arrested, four have been granted interim relief, six have been granted regular bail, and four are absconding including the present applicant. Out of the remaining accused, two have been granted anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned APP submits that the informant needs to be added as party respondent no.2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the first Informant as a party Amol D. Nawale

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the present anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant has served copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application to newly added Respondent No2. 6.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 21 April 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".
