It appears that Criminal Application No. 102/2025 for cancellation of bail has been assigned to this Court. 2.

It is a common ground that there are three more applications i.e. Criminal Application Nos.98/2025, 99/2025 and 101/2025 filed by the State for cancellation of bail granted to the applicants/accused in the same crime i.e. Crime No. 211/2025 registered with Police Station, Kapil Nagar, Nagpur. It is submitted that all these applications be listed together.
