DECEMBER 01, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) Issue notice to the sole respondent, returnable after two weeks.

3) Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent-State.

4) The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.0331/2024 registered with Police Station Gadge Nagar, Amravati City, District Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 409, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

5) It is the case of the prosecution that accused is promoter of one Captree Investment Company. Said company accepts the financial investments from the investors. The said amount of investors were invested in stock market by the said company and the hefty dividend were paid to the investors. 6) It is alleged in the complaint that accused No.1 and 2 asked the informant to invest money in the stock market and do trading through accused Nos.3 4 and 5. The present applicant KOLHE

2 03-aba 909.2025.odt was the employee of the aforesaid company and through her stock marketing was done.

7) Considering the allegations made against the applicant, she is employee in said company, the case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad-interim protection. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order :-

O R D E R

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant - Neha Santram Ukey, in connection with Crime No.0331/2024 registered with Police Station Gadge Nagar, Amravati City, District Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 409, 420 read with 34 of the IPC shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on furnishing P.R.Bond of Rs.15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurise or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the police station once in a week on every Thursday between 01.00 p.m. to 02.00 p.m.

v) The applicant shall co-operate the Investigation Officer.

vi) The protection shall remain in force till next date.
