It appears that the complainant has given the amount of Rs.24,83,713/- to Priyanka Ukey and Nilesh Ukey, who are the owners of Captree Investment Company for investing the same in the share market on the promise of handsome returns. Later on, it was revealed that no amount was invested in the share market in the name of the mother of the complainant as promised and hence, she lodged the complaint. 3.

The allegation against the present applicant is that she was an employee of Captree Investment Company and the complainant has transferred the said amount in her account at the instance of co-accused Priyanka Ukey and Nilesh Ukey. Except this, there is no RR Jaiswal

2 74-aba-909-25.odt other allegation against the applicant. Thus, the role of inducement is not attributed to the present applicant. 4.

The applicant has been protected by the ad-interim order of this Court dated 01.12.2025. She appeared before the concerned Police Station and cooperated in the investigation. 5.

Considering all these aspects, a case is made out for confirmation of the interim order. Hence, the interim order dated 01.12.2025 is hereby confirmed. 6.

The applicant shall appear before the concerned Police Station as and when directed and shall co-operate in the investigation.

The application is disposed of.
