It appears from the submission of the learned APP and the learned counsel assisting the prosecution on behalf of the complainant that amount of compensation has been received by the applicant on behalf of the complainant and other farmers. However, he did not pay that amount to them.

The Investigating Officer is present today. On enquiry, he submits that the statement of the Director of the Company is necessary, which is yet to be recorded. Learned APP seeks time to make a statement in this regard.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant prays that the applicant be protected till then.

Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant - Shivprasad Dattatraya Tikhe in connection with Crime No. 402/2025 registered with Police Station, Deulgaon Raja, Dist. Buldhana for the offence punishable under

2 57 aba911.25.odt Section 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station, on every Saturday and Wednesday between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm.

The applicant shall not indulge in pressurizing the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

Stand over to 09.02.2026.
