Mr. Naidu, learned counsel for the applicant submits that a copy of the anticipatory bail application will be served on the office of the PP in the course of the day. He seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no. 2.

Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
