The learned APP submits that the anti bail application has not been served on the office of the Public Prosecutor. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that offences under Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(r), and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act have been registered in the crime. Therefore, the victim needs to be added as a party respondent. The learned Advocate for the applicant seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the victim as Respondent No.2.

Liberty is granted, as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith and the name of the victim should be masked. 4.

It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The learned APP is directed to serve copy of the Application on Respondent No.2 through Investigating Officer. 6.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 17 April 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".
