The learned APP submits that a notice has already been issued as per Section 18 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act,1956. However, the status of the action taken is awaited. Therefore, he requires few more weeks. He further submits that there is evidence to show that the monies have been transferred into the account of the present applicant. The premises in which the offence of prostitution was going on is known as "Zoom Lodge." There is a leave and license agreement executed for a period of five years starting from 8 March 2023. The present applicant is the licensee as per the said leave and license agreement. APP further submits that the statements of female victims and a dummy customer were recorded. The said dummy customer was given two notes of Rs. 500/-. The serial numbers of these notes were Harish

920-ABA-926-2025 (CR) .doc pre recorded by the police. These two notes were found in the possession of accused no. 1. Pages 89 to 116 of the present application shows the photocopies of the online payment received by "Zoom Lodge". Two accused persons have already been arrested and it is the case of the applicant that the arrested persons were appointed as manager of "Zoom Lodge."
