Mr. V.A. Thakare, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.574/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 324(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 5.
It is alleged that the applicant has called the first informant, he went to the house of first informant and the dispute took place between both of them on return of money. The allegations are made against this applicant that he slapped the first informant and other co-accused assaulted with wooden sticks and iron rod. 6.
The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that main accused is arrested and released on bail. The allegations against this applicant are about slapping the first informant. 7.
Considering the role played by this applicant, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim protection. i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Tarachand S/o Natthuji Khillare, in connection with Crime
aba928.2025.odt No.574/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 324(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when Called by the Investigating Officer.
v) The applicant shall co-operate the investigating officer. 8.
