Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is running a news channel "FK News." In the said channel a photograph was uploaded which is at page no. 22 of the present proceeding. What can be seen from the photograph is that the worker of the corporation, who was assigned the work of watering the plants at the divider of the road. Instead of that it can be seen that he was washing two wheeler of the first informant. The informant due to the photograph being uploaded in fact, slapped the present applicant which can be seen from the photograph attached to the present application at page no. 21 and 23. The applicant was granted interim protection by the Sessions Court on 18 February 2025. The applicant is ready to cooperate with the police. Harish

The learned APP submits that the investigating officer is not present today in the Court. Therefore, short accommodation should be grated to her. She submits that the alleged video has to be recovered from the present applicant.

I have heard the counsel for both the sides. In my view, as of now suffice would be the purpose if the applicant is directed to attend the office and meet the investigating officer and hand over the mobile phone of the applicant along with his password on 10 April 2025 and 11 April 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. 4.

Stand over to 16 April 2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation."

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing.
