The learned APP submits that in the present proceeding the offences punishable under Section 137(2), 64(2)(i), 64(2)(m) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 17, 6, 5(j), 2(I)(n) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 have been attracted. Therefore, notice needs to be issued to the respondent no.2victim. 2.

Issue notice to respondent no.2-victim, returnable on 15 April 2025.
