DATE : 8th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.2. Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 2.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 21st April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Mr.Dande submits that the present applicant is a manager of the society who was paid salary by the co-operative housing society. The signing authority for any transaction in the society was with the members of the managing committee. The present applicant is spinster and is from middle class background. There are no antecedents as far as the present applicant is concerned. The custody of the present applicant is not necessary. She is ready to co-operate with the police for investigation.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr.Dande, no coercive steps be taken till the next date of the hearing. 6.

The learned A.P.P. submits that in the FIR itself it has been mentioned that the present applicant in front of the entire committee, has admitted her guilt.

The applicant is directed to co-operate with the investigation and attend and meet the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station on 11th April 2025 and 12th April 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
