Learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer has not come to the Court, therefore, she can't make any primitive statement in the present proceedings.

It is observed by this Court that in many matters the Investigating Officer even though the Police Station is nearby to this Court don't attend the Court proceedings and neither do they give any kind of instructions to the learned APP.

Stand over to 28/04/2025. The matter to come up under the caption "for directions".

The interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.
