The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant and the first informant were in consensual sex relationship. The applicant desired to get married with the first informant. Pursuant to which both the families of the applicant and that of the first informant met together and agreed for the relationship to be converted into a marriage. However after few days, the family of the accused declined to go ahead with the marriage proposal. He submits that thereafter the first informant was forced by her family members to lodge the subject FIR. He submits that even today, the applicant is ready to get married with the first informant. He seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.2 .

Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable on 21 April 2025.

APP to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application to respondent no.2 through the investigating officer. 5.

Applicant is directed not to contact in any form to the first informant and her family members till the next date of hearing. The applicant to attend the concern police station and meet the investigating officer on 10 April 2025 and 11 April 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Stand over to 21 April 2025.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing.
