The learned APP submits that in the present proceeding the offences punishable under Section 64(2)(m), 87, 74, 75, 118(2), 115(2), 308(5), 352, 351(2), 49, 3(5) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(e), 67 and 67(a) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 have been attracted. Therefore, notice needs to be issued to the respondent no.2-victim. 2.

Mr. Panchange, learned counsel for the applicant submits that a copy of the anticipatory bail application will be served on the office of the PP in the course of the day.
