Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 8.1.2026. 3.

Ms. Mrunal Barabde, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.1049/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 318, 336(1), 338 and 340 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is alleged that on the complaint made by one Baban Shrangare, Extension Officer working with Panchayat Samiti, Kalmeshwar investigation was carried out and it was found that Priyanka Tagde, the Secretary of Grampanchayat Dahegaon, has not issued the village certificate dated 7.5.2024 regarding the property of the applicant. It is alleged that the same is forged by the applicant. Therefore, the crime is registered against the applicant. 6.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that after receiving notice, the applicant has attended the police station and submitted all the documents.

On perusal of said certificate which is about the residence of the applicant at Dahegaon, it is clear that the signatory on said certificate has denied her signature and the allegations are about forging it.

Considering the fact that the applicant has attended the police station, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting interim protection.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Manish S/o Ashok Purushwani, in connection with Crime No.1049/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 318, 336(1), 338 and 340 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v) The applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 9.
