By this application, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.484 of 2022 registered at Page No. 1 of 3

Chitra Sonawane 9(ii)-ABA-955-2023.doc Govandi Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 419, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The applicant is accused of posting objectionable content with the first informant's husband on social media and threatening to ruin their political career. 4.

At the outset, the learned APP representing respondent/ State submits that a 'C' Summary Report has already been filed by the prosecution before the trial Court. The prosecution does not want the custodial interrogation of the applicant. The prosecution is not intending to arrest the applicant in connection with the present matter. 5.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 has also submitted that respondent No.2 has no objection and consented to the grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 6.

In light of the above, the interim protection granted to the applicant vide this Court's order dated 21 April 2024, stands confirmed on the same terms and conditions set out in the said order.
