Mr. Birajdar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the role of the present applicant is same that of co-accused Mr. Mahesh Raut. He submits that in the anticipatory bail application of Mr. Mahesh Raut, protective orders were passed on 18 March 2025. Therefore, a protective order can also be passed in the present anticipatory bail application.

The learned APP submits that the investigating officer is not present in the Court and instructions have not been received by the PP's office. Therefore, a short accommodation may be granted. 3.

Stand over to 16 April 2025, matter to come up under the caption "for urgent circulation."
