Mr. Anant Ghogare, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.656/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is the employee of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur. He is Sangam Manager of said company. Branch Manager of said company has lodged the complaint against this applicant alleging that though he has collected the loan amount from the borrowers, has not deposited it and misappropriated the said amount.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that one online App was given to the Sangam Managers and they used to upload all the transactions on said App. The applicant is ready to refund the amount within four months. He is now suspended from the

aba959.2025.odt said post. The applicant has attended the police station for four times whenever police had called him. He has co-operated with the police. The custodial interrogation of this applicant is not required. 7.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, he is ready to refund the amount and he has attended the police station and co-operated with the police, case is made out to grant ad interim protection.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Sachin S/o Ravji Gajbhiye, in connection with Crime No.656/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. vi) The applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.4,31,966/- within four months.
