The learned counsel for applicant submits that he will deposit an amount of Rs. 4,31,966/- by way of Demand Draft with the Nazir, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur and produce receipt to that effect before this Court. The Nazir, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur is directed to accept the amount of Rs. 4,31,966/- from the applicant on or before 24.4.2026. The applicant shall produce the copy of receipt before that day by filing Pursis.
