Both the counsel for the applicant and for the Union of India made a joint request that there is a typographical error in the last line of paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 8 April 2025. In the last line of paragraph no. 4 the figure mentioned is Rs. 1,65,00,000/- which should have been Rs. 1,65,000/-.

In the order dated 8 April 2025 the figure mentioned in the last line of paragraph no. 4 Rs. 1,65,00,000/- be replaced with figure of Rs.1,65,000/-. Rest of the order remains unaltered. 4.

Mr. Malve, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as Harish

31-ABA-959-2025.doc per the direction given by this Court, by order dated 8 April 2025 the applicant attended the office of respondent no.1 on 11 April 2025 at morning 11.00 am however, the applicant's statement was recorded only at 3.30 p.m. He further submits that the applicant is ready to again attend the office of the respondent no. 1 if any fix date and time is informed to the applicant.

Applicant to attend the office of the respondent no.1 on 25 April 2025 at 3.00 p.m. for recording the statement. 7.

In the meanwhile the interim relief granted on 8 April 2025 to continue till the next date of hearing.
