The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.360/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act and Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is alleged that the complainant is acquainted with one Murtuja Shakir. Said Murtuja Shakir had informed the complainant about Forex Trading and about it's business and investments. He had introduced the complainant with Directors of said company and induced the complainant to invest the amount in said company. Co-accused prepared investment formats to create an appearance of legitimacy. They obtained the complainant's signature on the fake agreements. The accused induced the complainant to bring some more investments. The allegation made against this applicant is that

aba961.2025.odt he went to collect an amount of. Rs.8,00,000/- and he has attended one of the meetings of said company with other co-accused. 6.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that only on the basis of said allegations, the crime is registered against this applicant along with other co-accused. Considering the role played by this applicant that he has attended one of the meetings along with other co-accused, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim anticipatory bail.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant-Pravin Vitthal Gumgaonkar, in connection with Crime No.360/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act and Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one surety in the like amount. ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 7.
