Mr. A.M. Kadukar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant No.1/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.812/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3 of M.P.I.D. Act. 5.

It is alleged that the applicant, who is an Agent of the Infinite Beacon Financial Services, had induced the persons to invest the amount in said company, the complainant has invested the amount and when he requested for withdrawal of his amount, the company has refused and, therefore, the complaint is lodged. 6.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that applicant has not received any amount in his account and the company is in existence. As the crime is registered, he has apprehension of arrest. Hence, prayed to protect him by granting anticipatory bail.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, who is an Agent of the company and the fact that the company is in existence, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting anticipatory bail.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Piyush Vinayak Augad, in connection with Crime No.812/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3 of M.P.I.D. Act, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one surety in the like amount. ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 8.
