The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.812/2025 registered with Police Station, Gadge Nagar, Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned APP for the non-applicant/State. Perused the case diary.

It appears that the complainant alongwith other investors have invested amount in the share market through Infinite Beacon Financial Services. Initially, they got good returns and therefore, amount of investment was increased and the complainant invested an amount of 10 lakhs which ₹ was received against PF at the time of retirement. It is also

revealed that there are other persons who have also deposited the amount in the said company for investment in the share market and the total amount is to the tune of 81.36 lakhs.

It is contended that independent accounts were opened by the company in the name of each investor, however when the investors went to withdraw the amount, they could not do so. Initially, they were informed that updation of the software is required to be done but ultimately, when the amount could not be withdrawn after repeated attempts, the aforesaid complaint came to be lodged.

The role assigned to the applicant is that he induced the complainant to invest the amount. Learned APP submits that no amount has been parted with the present applicant and the main role has been assigned to the company named Infinite Beacon Financial Services.

It appears that the applicant was protected by ad interim order dated 19.12.2025 with a direction to appear before the concerned police station. Accordingly, he appeared and cooperated with the investigating authority. 7.

Considering the role assigned to the applicant and the statement of the learned APP that no custodial interrogation

of the applicant is required, more particularly when he has cooperated in the investigation, a case is made out for confirmation of the ad interim order dated 19.12.2025. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Ad interim order dated 19.12.2025 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when directed by the investigating officer and shall cooperate in the investigation.
